This website (the “Site”) is operated by Rally Cap LLC dba WeLobster (“WeLobster”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and this Privacy Policy provides you with information on our collection and use of your personal information shared with us through your use of this Site. 

1. Direct Collection of Your Personal Information.

WeLobster may collect your personal information (such as your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number) when you directly provide it to us on the Site, for example, by contacting us through out “Contact Us” form, placing an order for products, or subscribed to our e-newsletter. Placing an order through our Site will require payment. We do not store your credit card information and instead use a third-party payment processor to process your credit card transactions. 

1. Automatically Collected Information and Cookies.

We may automatically collect information about the device you use to access the Site, such as: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for to aid in our business operations, to maintain quality, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our Site.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Should we become aware that any personal data is stored regarding a child under 13, we will follow our internal processes to delete this information as soon as is reasonably possible.

With respect to the collection of your information, if you do not want your information collected, please do not submit it to us. If you have already submitted information and would like to review, correct, or remove it from our records, please contact us.

From time to time, we may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, or other general communications. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from WeLobster, you may opt out of such communications by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button in the email or by contacting us at the email address at the end of this Privacy Policy. Please note that some non-marketing communications are not subject to general opt-out, such as communications relating to sales transactions, software updates, and other support related information, patches, and fixes.
